Nor-surgical remedies for sciatica




Most of the back pain problems are caused due to the rupture caused to the sciatica nerve. This is one of the longest nerves in the human body that runs from the lower back to foot of each leg. Combined with the hot and cold therapy, over the counter prescription medication is also quite effective. These medications are quite effective in reliving you from the pain. Normally the doctors prescribe for Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs as that helps in reducing the inflammation that is usually causes sciatica pain. Even you can go for epidural injection, which is different from the oral medications.
